Finally, I am getting myself a new apartment!

Two weeks ago, I didn’t even consider myself a serious prospective buyer. I did not consider the price levels serious either. Then there was this particular one… I don’t think my bidding contributed to the inflated price levels. Rather the opposite.

Stress and anxiety levels are high now, though, and to think of anything but my full-time job and the buy the new/sell the old circus is virtually impossible. Switching Internet Provider may in itself cause disruption.
